Booking Conditions

Included Materials
All materials listed in the workshop description are included in the price. Any materials not mentioned must be brought by the participant or purchased on site.

Minimum Participants & Cancellation by Organizer
Workshops require a minimum of three participants. I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to insufficient participants or important reasons (e.g., illness). Paid fees will be fully refunded. Costs for travel or accommodation are not covered.

Please note: I will send a confirmation email one week before the date. If you do not receive this email, the workshop will not take place. In this case, I will refund any workshop fees already paid.

Registration & Payment
Places are allocated based on registration and payment. After confirmation, the course fee is due within 14 days or at the latest 4 weeks before the workshop. Last-minute registrations can be paid in cash or via PayPal on site.

Cancellation by Participant

• Up to 14 days before the workshop: free of charge

• 14–7 days before: 50 % of the course fee

• Less than 7 days, no-show, or early departure: 100 % of the course fee

A substitute participant can be provided; in this case, no cancellation fees apply. Please contact me in advance.

Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal (§ 355 BGB) is excluded, as this is a fixed-date event.

Liability
Participation is at your own risk. I am not liable for personal items or damage caused by improper use of tools. Liability for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected.

Notes
Please bring a thimble and sewing ring. If desired, bring a mask and gloves when handling wool. Handcrafted projects may not be fully completed during the workshop.

Respect & consideration:

Please be mindful of each other. This is a place for concentrated work and creative exchange. Different levels of experience are welcome, as is mutual support.

Handling tools & materials:

Please treat all materials, tools, and books provided with care. Please put back or clean anything you use.

Personal responsibility:

Participation is at your own risk. No liability can be accepted for personal belongings.

Cleanliness & order:

Please leave your workspace as you would like to find it yourself. Thank you for contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.

I reserve the right to exclude participants from the workshop if they fail to comply with the house rules.
